1.- No smoking inside the house, many of the ornaments and furniture are made of natural materials that absorb the smell and deteriorate faster; You can do it in the garage of the house. 2.-Check-in is from 2:00 pm, check out at 11:00 am, if you need more time to leave you have to ask before, to see if it is possible or not. 3.- Do not share the key / access code of the house with anyone, for security. 4.-Close doors and windows, and turn off lights and fans when leaving the house permanently. 5.-No illegal activities within the establishment. 6.-In case of organizing meetings / parties at home, any damage to the property will be paid by the visitor; Check with the host before organizing. 7.-Do not disconnect, move, or cover security cameras. Any other point not mentioned in this regulation, consult with the host.
