This house is located in a private gated community unlike any you have seen. There are 40 Km's of roads leading you to 2000 building lots within our gates. This beautiful home sits in the Chagres national park, 30 mins from Tocumen airport and 45 mins from Panama city. Within our community, there are miles of hiking trails, river walks, waterfalls and great swimming holes to enjoy. The area is rich in wildlife and is noted as one of the prime birding locations in the world. I have been told by birders, my terrace is the finest location for activity they have experienced in all of Panama! The space is a separate 1 bedroom apartment in my house with private entrance. It has a full kitchen, King size bed, full en suite bath, walk out to large terrace with outside dining table, laundry facilities and exercise equipment. There are hammocks in the bohio and it all rests in a tranquil tropical garden setting. Please note: There are 2 dogs living with me in the house. Super friendly puppies.

Hello all, I am a Canadian guy for Toronto. I moved to this beautiful country of Panama 6 yrs ago. Sold everything, packed up a 40 ft shipping container, bought plane tickets for me and my dog Tito and made the jump to a new life. Life has been good here, I got 2 more rescue dogs to create the pack that keeps me entertained. It's very peaceful here, a nature lovers paradise. I keep busy maintaining properties for other expats, hosting travelers, cooking and occasional social visits. I have 2 homes here, "The Chalet" is a beautiful rustic home in a valley setting and "The Villa" where I live, has a nice view over a valley with the city in the distance. Come for a visit, I will have a glass of wine waiting and look forward to a nice chat with you. Grant

This community is on the edge of the Chagres National Park, with entry points directly from the community. You can hike to some very special points of interest including water falls, swimming holes, the enormous El Patriarca tree and the world famous Maipo birders trail. Relax by the community pool or play some tennis at the courts. This is a mountain location, therefore there is no night life, clubs or restaurants in the immediate area. We can arrange accommodations in the city for a night out, if you so desire, with drop off and pick up available. We offer airport pick up and drop off, Private driver service, city tours, 2 ocean tour, Embera Village excursion and much more. Rates for tours are given at request. I also offer chef services with a wide variety of cuisine for your dining pleasure.
