We have a very friendly bunny in the garden (only allowed outdoor day time), he will try to get your attention with being around to you, please be careful not to hurt him. We do not smoke indoors but in the garden. Parties not allowed, you may have guests; if for sleep over additional fee applicable. Between 22h00 and 06h00 are the quite times.
