One of the oldest structures in the region, Dowling House is an 1830s Stagecoach Inn, turned farmhouse, turned Inn again! Updated with basic modern amenities and prepped for up to sixteen guests, Dowling House sits atop a hill overlooking the Napanee River Valley and Mohawk Bay on the Bay of Quinte on a one-acre property in the rolling fields and forests of the Lennox and Addington countryside. Enjoy a cozy cottage getaway with family and friends, build a campfire under the stars or get cozy by our fireplace, and make us your base to explore the region.
Guests will appreciate easy access to Prince Edward County, Sandbanks, local vineyards, and the cities of Napanee, Belleville, and Kingston. Only five minutes to Highway 401. We pride ourselves in being a clean, affordable option in cottage country : )

Dowling House is located in Lennox and Addington County between the towns of Deseronto and Napanee, on the border of Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. Country homes and farms are nestled among the trees lining the Napanee River and Bay of Quinte. Guests will be a short drive to restaurants, shopping, and groceries, as well as the tourist attractions in Prince Edward County, Belleville, and Kingston. Recreation opportunities are nearby in Sandbanks and Bon Echo Provincial Parks and the Land O'Lakes.
