Discover Casa Emnitan From the moment you enter the house, you'll enjoy an exceptional view of the sea. Don't hesitate to relax on the sofa facing the bay window.

As you go down one floor, on your right you'll find the dining room with an oak table for 12, then the living room with its sofas and big screen TV. On the left you'll find a toilet, then a large, fully-equipped kitchen with a central island, double fridge, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, and dining table.

All rooms have sea views and direct access to the 120m2 terrace. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this sea-facing space. The swimming pool is to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers give you plenty of space around the pool.

The accommodation: Descending one more floor, you'll arrive in the night space, which is made up of 2 Master Suites, two en suite double bedrooms and a fifth bedroom with 2 bunk beds for children. All rooms have sea views.

An office area with screen and printer is at your disposal. If you need to work, you'll be able to do so in peace and quiet while looking out over the sea.

The 4 en-suite bedrooms are on the seafront, while the dormitory area is secluded on the left side of the house.

The rooms are as follows Aiguafreda: Large master suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom. It features a 180x200 bed, two sofas, a desk area, a TV and an independent dressing area. The bathroom has two sinks, a Jacuzzi bathtub, a walk-in shower, a toilet and a bidet.

Sa Riera : En suite bedroom with two 90x200 beds, private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.

Sa Tuna: En-suite room with two 90x200 beds, private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower, toilet and bidet.

Dormitory : Room with two bunk beds (4 beds 90x200) for younger guests. A bathroom with sink, shower and toilet is reserved for them.

The laundry room next to the dormitory has a washing machine and dryer.

The villa has a closed garage for two cars and a charging point for electric vehicles (Type 2). There is another parking space in front of the garage.

Casa Emnitan is located in a quiet, secluded area of about ten villas. Access is via a single road linking Sa Riera beach to Aiguafreda. The villa is in a cul-de-sac with another villa. It is surrounded by a nature reserve.

From Casa Emnitan, you can take the path along the seafront to Sa Riera on one side and Aiguafreda on the other.
