Recently remodeled basement suite is in a sweet secluded spot but is just minutes from the attractions and adventures provided by downtown Portland, Oregon. Intimate and cozy but packed with all the essentials you need plus perks you'll love like an ice maker, coffee maker, and toaster oven so you are prepared to relax during the week or entertain a couple close friends on the weekend. You'll have your own private room with a shared kitchenette, shared full feature bathroom, and shared small living area. If there is anything we can do to better accommodate you please let us know. Yes! It's very quiet and safe. Not to mention the awesome amenities outside for more relaxation and fun are just footsteps away at our next door property. This includes a gas fire feature for gathering with a few friends on the patio, a grill, and a covered hot tub that's a great place to sip and relax all year round.

This shared space follows standard rules when it comes to quiet times for the entire property (which starts at 10 PM) and we ask you notify your house host if you'll be having guests stop by. Please no pets but smoking outside is allowed when 10 feet away from any building. Please remove your shoes at the entrance, no shoes to be worn inside. We ask that you treat everyone with respect, that includes our neighbors. Also no eating in the hot tub and maintaining the hot tub clean in required.
