In Puerto Vallarta we have homes and condos and also some great places in Sayulita In both Mexico and the US we have full time staff to make sure your stay goes smoothly. His name is Miguel and everyone loves him During your stay, you will have the entire space to yourself. In our complex "Wilton Flats" you do share the pool areas but your living spaces are private. You will be left alone to enjoy your time with us but we are always available if something goes wrong. Note that we have both gay and straight guests. If you want a private space with no shared pool or outside areas, simply ask for my suggestions. In Puerto Vallarta we also own most of the units and I rent some properties for others. Many of the sites have not developed to allow us to separate fee. The $219 covers the in and out cleaning fee, the $69 damage waiver (instead of collecting a ********) and the hosted check in fee. Also note that MisterBnB does not have a setting to add tax so that has to be added into the rate.
