Comfortable double bed, storage space, closet. WiFi included. Bathroom shared with owner. Access to kitchen and living room possible. Coffee or tea available. Swimming pool accessible in summer months. The residence is not suitable for surfing equipment. Quiet neighborhood served by several public transport lines, with shops and restaurants nearby. Biarritz's main beach and city center are within walking distance. Ideal for leisure and business travelers, with quick access to the airport and TGV train station. You'll have an excellent stay in the Basque Country. It is not possible to take meals on site.

Second stay with Hubert and always a very good experience. The accommodation is very clean, pleasant and you feel comfortable there quickly. It is also very well served by public transportation, which makes it an excellent starting point to enjoy Biarritz and the surrounding areas. Hubert is welcoming, available and likes to take time to chat with his guests. I will return with pleasure.

The apartment is impeccable and the bedroom very pleasant (great bedding). Hubert is very nice, we had lovely conversations and he offered to drive me to the station to save me from taking the bus at 7am.

Hubert is a very friendly and attentive host. The accommodation was impeccable: very clean, well furnished and tastefully decorated. The location is ideal, both close to the city center (accessible on foot) and perfectly served by public transport. An excellent experience, I recommend without hesitation.

Hubert is a charming host, his apartment is bright and offers a privileged panoramic view of Biarritz and distance mountains and sea from the terrace. I had a good sleep in the comfy bed. Next time I would enjoy a french breakfast with the coffe for the full b&b experiece. Hopefully soon ;)

Great stay! Hubert is very friendly, he answers all questions, I really enjoyed chatting with him! I really recommend it! The view is superb, very comfortable bed, beautiful room! I'll come back as soon as I return to Biarritz!

I spent two nights at Huberts place. Is is a very clean and quiet place with great view over Biarritz from the balcony. The city centre is just a 15 minutes walk. Hubert is a very friendly and calm host who made sure everything was all right and nothing was missing. And that was exactly the case. I can fully recommend this place.
