Beautiful private room in a large house, safe and quiet place, close to everything, we are Ricardo and Patricio, everyone is welcome in our house the room is on the 1st floor of the house has a large King bed, a large and comfortable bathroom, abundant Hot water, Smart TV, cable with premium and adult channels, free wi fi throughout the house, shared kitchen for the exclusive use of guests, you can smoke in the areas for use such as the balcony or garden.

We can highly recommend Patricio and his husband's place. Their Bella Vista is a very nice guesthouse. As a Misterb&b guest you get the Suite King Bed room, the biggest room with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. It's located less than 15 min walking to the historic center of Cuenca, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay a lot, the hosts are super nice and friendly people. Communication was perfect, check in/out very flexible. 5 stars stay. Thanks
