There are so many amazing upscale restaurants, shops, coffee, museums and galleries both on our street and the nearby central business district. Dozens of restored historic mansions, cottages, formal gardens and churches are along the way. Park your car and grab a bike - or walk everywhere.
To receive your check-in instructions, key and Wi-Fi codes, you'll sign and return a Rental Agreement/Bike Agreement that we customize for your dates. General Notes: - Treat our place with respect - We highly recommend buying trip insurance coverage, should you for any reason, need to cancel or shorten your stay. -Maximum 4 people. -Responsible party must be at least 25 years old. -No subleasing. -Quiet Hours 10pm - 7am. -No Grilling but there are parks with grills nearby. -No Smoking inside -If you are in residence Saturday or Sunday we ask that you roll the trash/recycle bins out to the side street because our historic alleyway is too narrow for the trucks. - We have check-out steps posted for you to follow prior to your departure. These are also in the Rental Agreement. -Have fun and sign the guest book!
