New 65 sq.m apartment consisting of a big living room/ dining area, open plan kitchen, bathroom and a spacious separate bedroom. It is located off Larnakas Avenue, close to shops, restaurants and the new University Campus in nearby Aglanjia.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all usual kitchen appliances, internet access and Cable TV. It has a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed can be added in the living room so a 3rd or 4th person can comfortably sleep on. The living room also has a good sized veranda where you can relax outside. A covered parking space also comes with the flat, at no extra cost.
Clean linen, bedding, and towels are all included. The apartment will be carefully cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival. Upon request, cleaning can also be arranged during your stay at an additional charge of 15€. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift.
Guests will have access to free fast wifi internet, Cable TV with 40+ channels, all usual kitchen appliances (washing machine included) and full bedroom cabinet space.
The bus stop is 2 mins away with services running between the center and the new University Campus in nearby Aglanjia.
In case you have a car, a covered parking space also comes with the flat, at no extra cost.
