The Reveal
Studio 1201 is a stylish travel experience in Townsville's only oceanfront highrise.
The apartment feels like the interior of a boat with intelligent layout of all you need, with luxury finishes and details. Regarded as the best apartment in 'The Aquarius on the Beach'.
Step out of the lift and straight into Studio 1201. The first scene is out the picture window with views of Kissing Point, Cape Palleranda and Cleveland Bay. The corner apartment is larger than the standard studio, cleverly designed so the kitchen is separate from the living area. The space was painstakingly renovated by a local architectural firm and won awards for the thoughtful finish.
Everything is integrated from the Denon sound system, Smeg grill, the reverse cycle air-conditioning and the rain shower-head from the ceiling. Extremely comfortable bed, chairs and a futon couch. Open up the concertina doors and sit on the balcony in the morning sun, or close up and watch the smart TV in a climate controlled environment.
The Aquarius on the Beach also offers a large pool that overlooks the ocean. Perfect access to the facilities and entertainment along The Strand.
