Beautiful 1 bedroom apartment with top amenities. Very Comfortable Queen-size tempurpedic bed. 55in flat screen tvs with Wi-Fi and streaming on top platforms. Secure building with a virtual key given at check-in. All the amenities you want and need. Including gym, pool, clubhouse, and parking. When we stay somewhere we want to feel comfortable and clean. So that's what we provide. We want you to feel at home. We are close to the parks (15min to Disney - 5 min to Universal). Premium Outlets just 10 mins away. Within walking distance to the most clubs and restaurants.

We are located in within walking distance to everything. There are also plenty of scooters and bikes outside the building to get you to the shops, bars, clubs, and restaurants. If you want to grab a bite there's Hamburger Marys which offers drag shows while you eat. I would check for reservations. If you want to check out the gay nightlife you have plenty to choose from. Some of the nightlife would include Southern Nights, Embers, Latitudes, Irish Shannons, Cahoots, Aero, Stonewall and Mai Thai. We are located about 10 minutes from the Florida Mall and Outlets. 5 minutes to Universal. 10 minutes from Disney Springs. We are within 5 minutes of Icon Park Ferris wheel.

We don't mind noise. But the noise curfew on the property is 10 pm. We have on-site security that walks and monitors the building. We do not allow smoking in the unit or building. You may walk out of the parking garage and smoke. Please dispose of your flowers and cigarette butts properly. Although we love pets. Everyone says their dogs don't pee in the house until they do and then they act shocked. lol. So in that case please leave your animals at your home. We do not allow unauthorized visitors. There is a clubhouse with ample seating, a pool table, shuffleboards, and televisions to entertain your guest. Trash comes to be picked up daily at our door except for Wednesday and Saturday. Replacement bags are under the kitchen sink. Trash must be left outside the door in the valet living trash bin provided to be picked up. Just treat our space with respect and take care of our things.

It was an absolute beauty! Though I only used it to crash after nights out with my friends, this listing is so nice! I definitely recommend staying !
