Free street parking, 3 mn drive from Buderim center and a Dining precinct, Cafe's, Woolworth and Coles shopping. But also amazing location to explore the beautiful hinterland, for hiking, exploring some falls or mountains.

Buderim is a picturesque village that overlooks the spectacular Sunshine Coast, lot of nice cafes for the breakfast/brunch lovers. For the visitors wanting some nature, you can come and discover the Buderim falls or the amazing Hinterland. For the beach lovers you'll be just a short drive away to some of the most pristine sunshine coast beaches.

Buderim is only one hour north of Brisbane. Only a 15-minute drive from the Sunshine Coast Airport. 10 minutes’ drive from Mooloolaba Beach with its stunning beaches, clubs and restaurants, also 10 mn from Alexandra Headland and Maroochydore Beach. 30 mn from Steve Irwin’s Australia Zoo. 30 mn to the charming village of Montville 35mn from Noosa. 40 mn from the Glass House Mountains Perfect central location if you wish to explore the sunshine coast, in a quiet and charming village.
