Gated 6 acre compound with 2 other very private studios. Rest, relax on the property, cliffs overlook the Pacific Ocean and a beautiful mountain chain behind. Studio - with kitchenette includes, coffee maker, microwave, stove top, mini fridge, milk, juice, cereal, private bathroom with shower. King bed which can be converted to 2 twins, ROKU TV with wifi.

15 miles from the Valle Guadalupe Wine Country which features over 300 vineyards. 20 Minutes north to the heart of Rosarito and 30 minutes south to the Ensenada. 1.4 Miles north of Famous Lafonda Restaurant and 5 minutes south of Splash Restaurant and nightclub. Horseback riding in area, Kayaking and Beach and multiple surfing areas in the surrounding La Mision area. Golfing in Bajamar 15 min South. Alberto is also a Licensed Massage Therapist utilizing Alpha-biotic alignment, specializes in deep tissue and Swedish technics. (discounted for guests). David is a shopper/driver and can assist in that area if needed. Neighborhood has a lot of American citizens (sorry) and LGBTQ is treated equally in area. :-) As your hosts are part of the community feel comfortable being yourself on the property. We prefer guests to not have pets, however, as dog lovers ourselves we understand that there are times when you need to bring them with you, if so we can discuss options there. Ample locations to smoke please refrain from smoking in room. Visitors are welcome with your discretion please treat property as it was your own. Please respect the noise level of your fellow neighbors should there be other guests on the property.
