Welcome to amazing Arrington, Tennessee! Please note: Mr BnB does not recognize my unincorporated town (Arrington). I am not in Nashville . I am 21 miles south of Nashville in Arrington. Near Franklin and Brentwood.
Clean, quiet, private room with en suite bath in a split level, clothing optional home in the rolling hills of middle Tennessee.
Just 35 minutes south of Nashville, my home is nestled on three acres in beautiful Williamson County. The room has a queen bed, mirrored closet, Saatva organic mattress, and a freshly remodeled bath with a walk-in shower. Room is just off the kitchen with windows that overlook the peaceful backyard; you may wake to deer and wild turkeys roaming the yard.
Enjoy amazing “Gone with the Wind” sunsets from the front porch as you wind down the day. Though in a rural setting, I am a quick 15 minute drive to downtown Franklin, the “number one small town in the South” and “America’s Favorite Main Street.” Spend time strolling in the historic district and enjoy the amazing restaurants and high-end shopping.
Want to enjoy these Southern nights a little longer? Light up the outdoor fire pit, make some s’mores, watch the fireflies, and let your troubles melt away.
BNA is just 18 miles away and an airport pick up can be arranged with notice.

I am a 35 minute drive from downtown Nashville (or a $40 Lyft ride each way) and all of the tourist venues and honky tonks on lower Broadway. Closer to home, you can easily and quickly get to downtown Franklin and enjoy the historic district, which is on the National Register of Historic Places. There are numerous Civil War battle sites, galleries, fine dining, live music, and other attractions. Arrington Vineyards is a quick 2 mile drive from my house and a definite must see for anybody who enjoys wine. A bit further out and you’ll find charming southern towns such as Bell Buckle, Woodbury, the home of Short Mountain distillery, and Lynchburg, the home of Jack Daniels distillery. Spend your days exploring then come home to a pitcher of sweet tea (or a martini) and a comfortable rocking chair and enjoy the sunset and fireflies.
Quiet hours after 11 Pets are fine with pre approval though some breed restrictions apply. Entire home is clothing optional should you prefer; I am a casual nudist/naturalist but you are welcome to be as dressed or undressed as you want; it’s all about being comfortable on your journeys. Home is in a somewhat rural area with no public transportation so it’s best to have a car if you’re planning on exploring. I work from home, so I am available to answer questions or help you travel plan. Kitchen available for you to use.

Great to return again to stay with Stefan in his spacious, comfortable, clothing optional home. The bedroom, conveniently off the main living space is nicely outfitted and includes an en-suite bath. As nice as the house is the best part was getting reacquainted with Stefan again over drinks, conversation and listening to music we both enjoy. If you are in the area definitely consider a stay with Stefan!
Stefan is an incredible host. His charming personality and gracious way he welcomes sets all anxiety aside. He does all he can to make guests feel at ease and goes out of his way to make sure guests have everything they need. I highly recommend his place and him as well.
I had a great time staying at Stefan's place. The property and his home is beautiful, very peaceful and an excellent place to escape to if you're looking to wind down and relax away from the City. I would love to visit again during the warmer months.
Stefan is a terrific host. He’s incredibly welcoming, generous, and thoughtful. He sent messages in advance of my arrival with useful information and helpful suggestions about the area. He was flexible concerning the time of my arrival and greeted me at the door. When I brought Indian take-out for myself for dinner, he had already prepared the table with a setting for me and we shared a lovely meal together. After dinner, I joined Stefan for a short time on the screened porch in back (too chilly for the hot tub), just to sit and extend our conversation further. He allowed me the use of the main room to myself to watch television and or to read. The place is attractively furnished, clean, and quiet. The bedroom is off the kitchen of the house, facing the large backyard and with its own bathroom. The bed was extremely comfortable. I appreciated the snacks too. In the morning, Stefan offered a delicious breakfast of pretty much whatever I wanted (I chose bagel with lox, cream cheese, tomato & onions, cereal and banana, OJ, and Peet’s coffee). It was a perfect one-night stay but I could have easily stayed longer. For me, it was a great location to be near but out of Franklin. Whether you’re looking for a one night’s stop on a long drive, or simply wish to relax in the Nashville area for a few days, this is an ideal choice.

I thoroughly enjoyed with stay with Stefan. He was very attentive to all my needs and open and friendly to chat and hangout. His home is comforting, and the clothing-optional aspect was quite refreshing. The breakfast he makes each morning is quite tasty and fresh and who could argue with the hot tub that he has in the backyard for use. I can't recommend this place enough, and I can't wait to come back for another stay in the future.
The home is exactly as described, and Stefan could not have been more friendly and accommodating. He was very flexible with my delayed arrival time (bad weather), and he even offered me dinner upon my arrival after a long day of travel. The entire home is clean, modern, and comfortable, and Stefan has thought of every detail to make one's stay as comfortable as possible. He is very knowledgeable of the area and offered great suggestions for food and entertainment while I was there. 5 star host!
When it comes to hosting, Stefan sets the bar very high. Not only was he very communicative before I arrived, but it was a pleasure to just sit and chat and get to find out about him while I was there. He thinks of everything that a guest may need while there, and has it on hand should a guest forget. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable, the breakfasts were scrumptious, and the back porch was peaceful. I saw quite a few deer in his yard on the first evening. I would absolutely consider staying at his place again. Five stars all-around!!
Yes this place is not on Lower Broadway, and yes this place is not in the craziness of the West End but this is truly a diamond in the rough. When you are fortunate to stay here you will be given the treatment of five star hotel from a hot tub to personal design breakfasts to having fresh towels every day to the ability to hear birds chirping and deer in the backyard, this is truly a wonderful oasis outside of the city. You owe it to yourself to enjoy this place and simply relax.
What an amazing space and even more amazing host! You would be wrong if you chose to stay anywhere else!
