Sunnyside View is a bright and airy, open-plan apartment with its own entrance. There is a stunning bedroom which can be configured with either a super king or two single beds. The lounge contains a double sofa bed and smart flat-screen TV for your entertainment (subscription services like Netflix and Prime Video are available for guests with their own accounts).

The kitchen area is fully-equipped with a washer/dryer, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, microwave, plus an extendable dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen also comes stocked with crockery, cutlery, pot and pans, washing up liquid, a sponge and kitchen roll. Shopping can be done at the nearby Co-op or Sainsbury’s for those who would like to prepare their own meals.

The modernised bathroom has a bath with mirrors on two sides and an electric shower, it comes equipped with towels, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo and toilet roll. Everything listed will be re-stocked weekly by our lovely cleaning team who will empty your bins and hoover your studio, as well as change your bedding bi-weekly.

This property has a lockbox setup for remote check-in, details will be provided shortly before you arrive.

Please note we collect £100 damage deposits from all of our guests on arrival, this is fully refundable at the end of your stay assuming no significant damage is done to the room or its contents.
