Nice sized bedroom on second floor with Queen memory foam bed. Room has a walk in closet, fan, clock, and WIFI access. The bedroom shares a common bathroom that has double sinks and shower/tub with a second bedroom Guest will have access to kitchen and basement Living Room area to watch TV or just relax.
House has two lowkey friendly cats.

Wonderful stay at this place, Curtis and his partner were very welcoming and friendly. The house and room were very nice and located in a great neighborhood.

Staying with Curtis and his partner was like being with long lost friends. Curtis was willing to shift my reservation by a day with no repercussions as per the winter storm blowing thru - fantastic. And the hospitality was great - I much appreciated the drink upon arrival and the quiche in the morning before I was on my way. The bed was quite comfortable and the whole place was very clean. Recommend !

Curtis and Mike were awesome hosts. Beautiful home and accommodations won't disappoint. Close to Kansas City but in a fantastic suburb with plenty of retail and things to do.
