There are two TV lounges with comfortable couches and large plasma screens, perfect for enjoying a good movie or keeping up with your favourite shows. A covered patio lounge is a great place for enjoying sundowners in the evening as you watch the sunset.

Those who enjoy cooking will love the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. It has a central island with a breakfast bar and a separate scullery. Open plan to the kitchen is a lovely bright dining area with seating for 10 guests and spectacular views of the ocean.

All of the bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, with three of the rooms boasting King-size beds and the fourth and fifth room, a Queen-size bed. Each has its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor access.

HOUSEKEEPING There is a live-in housekeeper. This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12.

SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside.

CAMERAS Exterior cameras are monitoring the entrances and driveway.
