I rent my room while I am away. The flat is less than 5 minutes walking distance from Raynes Park train station, two big supermarkets and many restaurants around the flat. Only one minute's walk to the bus stop, 24-hour bus, very easy to get from and to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, free parking is available.
You must be clean, tidy, and respectful.
