This is a gem of a flat in an elegant period building in a conservation area, 2 mins from West Kensington tube and 6 mins to Baron's Court.

I’ve lived here for over 15 years and recently undertaken a complete renovation to a high spec. Am very happy here and looking forward to having some guests!

It's a 1 bed property on the first-floor, benefitting from lots of natural light. I've got a double air mattress (Aerobed) with electric pump, pictured here in the large kitchen/living room, and it's super comfortable, clean, tidy and warm, with underfloor heating in the bathroom and hallway. I sleep in the bedroom.

As a guide, to get from the flat to - Soho: 30 mins - Heathrow: 45 mins - Kings Cross St Pancras: 35 mins

Check in is fairly flexible, as I mostly work from home. There's fast full-fibre broadband, and I'm into my tech so there's smart lighting and a Ring camera at the entrance to the building. Fresh linen, towels, tea and coffee, filtered water all provided.
