3-bedroom townhouse at Eastwood Shores Clearwater (very quiet and safe area next to water). - on second floor: one bedrooms for rent (with one queen size bed); one shared bathroom with other guests if any (full bath); - on first floor: kitchen, half-bath, living room, laundry (washer and dryer); - patio, grill; ping-pong table; - House has a private carport; several guest parking spots around; - Community has pool, tennis court (l can provide tennis rockets); fishing dock. 2 Kayaks and 2 bikes available for use during stay.

We are a couple that love guest. We enjoy traveling and meeting new and exciting people. We enjoy the outdoors and have kayaks and bikes to keep us busy.
