1. Please tidy up upon checking out and turn off TV. 2. NO parties and NO smoking PERIOD! There is a $500 dollar fine and eviction if this rule is broken. 3. Please clean dishes and put in dishwasher. 4. Throw your trash away in trash closet next door (left of apartment.) Check-in: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Checkout: 11:00 AM Self check-in with building staff Not suitable for children and infants No smoking No pets No parties or events 5. Please pick up keys, elevator pass and garage pass at concierge office. Give drivers license for a copy and return all items upon checking out. 6. No candle burning in apartment PERIOD!! 7. No extra guest in apartment unless prior authorization. 8. No loud music PERIOD! 9. NO PETS! Not even the cutest ones. Some of our guest have allergies. 10, Quiet time is between 9pm and 8am. You must adhere to these rules. If neighbors sight noise, you will be fined $500 and evicted with no refund. 11. If any rules are broken, you will be evicted with no refund.
