Located on the most south-westerly edge of Sheffield in the beautiful village of Dore within a stones-throw of the Peak District. With its heather-covered moors, craggy edges and abundant reservoirs the Dark Peak offers something for everyone. Within a mile of Dore and Totley Station on the main line from Sheffield to Manchester our annex apartment is an ideal base to explore the outdoors, local villages and the city. Fully equipped and in walking distance of many great pubs and restaurants. Fully self-contained annex with private entrance adjoining our main house.
Fully equipped kitchen, newly refurbished shower room, large airy lounge with Chesterfield sofa, TV, feature gas fire, dining area and private french doors onto patio area and large garden shared with the owners. Double bedroom with lots of storage and natural light. Parking space provided on the drive in front of the annex.
We have a very friendly cat who may pay a visit if the french doors to the garden are open.
