Quiet and very bright with a beautiful view over the trees is our apartment "Gutenberg" in the upper town of Mainz from which you can easily walk to the city center and the historic.

The green belt of Mainz's upper town surrounds the western and southern city center and connects it with the districts of Bretzenheim, Weisenau and Hechtsheim. Smaller stores for daily needs and several supermarkets are within easy reach, even without a car.

The apartment has a large open kitchen, a large living/dining room and two separate bedrooms.

Mainz University and the university hospitals are just a few minutes' walk away. The apartment is on the 4th floor. The building does not have an elevator.

Fast WiFi and sufficient space to work make the apartment a business apartment in no time at all, where you can work and think alone or as a couple in peace and quiet if things get busy in the home office.

Nearby connections offer you excellent links to the surrounding highways, train stations and airports. There are numerous bus and streetcar stops just a few meters away, which will take you to Mainz city center or other parts of the city in no time at all.
