We are located in Hayes Valley, a very central neighborhood in the heart of San Francisco. It is one of the most diverse and trendy spots in all of SF. The demographics include a high concentration of young persons newly arrived to San Francisco to work in the high tech field. Yet at the same time it includes many of the pioneers of San Francisco whom lived in the area for more than 30 years.

A mixture of restaurants, small nightclubs, cafes, drinking establishments, residences, galleries, and hair salons characterizes Hayes Valley

The physical structure within which one lives, such as a house or apartment. 3. A dwelling place together with the family Hotel: a commercial establishment offering lodging to travelers , and often having restaurants, meeting rooms, stores, etc., that are available to the general public. So this is a home and we desire to have our guests feel like they are living in a home. Every common room is open to the guest. It is very common to see our guests hanging out in the TV or Living Room and having conversations with us the hosts. So the house rules are just like your home. Mostly centered around; Respect,,,,,Fun and Common Sense. We Welcome You to Our Home and we know you will enjoy your stay.
