Hacienda 6 Palms has great views of the Palomar mountains. It’s an elegant working olive ranch with a newly planted vineyard with olive, citrus, fig, guava, pomegranite, avocado, and loquat trees, and coffee with lots of privacy in which we are inviting guests to enjoy staying on a working small olive farm & vineyard. The property has a spacious and private fenced and walled 3 acres with 2 gates and is right off of the road, so you won't need to off road.
THE RV GARDEN - Has its own entrance gate and private driveway specifically for RVs. There is space for a 30' or under RV and plenty of room for 1 car. It has it's own garden area under oak trees and views of the mountains via the romantic garden. There is a teak table & 6 chairs with an umbrella, and a stainless steel BBQ grill in the RV garden under the oak trees which can be used so you can enjoy time outside of the RV and in the good weather. Their is also a swing hanging from the oak tree.
The RV garden has water hook up and an RV electrical panel with 20 and 30 amps.
There is no black water emptying capability so please make sure your tanks can hold everything during your stay. Please don't come and go with your RV as that involves pulling out into traffic. To help minimize the amount of water which goes into your tank, you can take showers in a really neat "Joshua Tree" style outdoor shower with hot water on the east side of the house overlooking the mountains.
There is good cell phone coverage on the mountain so you can use your cell phone and tether your devices from it.
Please note:
It is Southern California, so there is a host of natural wild life on the mountain top here. That includes a lot of cute rabbits and squirrels, owls, and an abundance of wonderful spectacular birds who enjoy the 3 fountains on the property. Yet, it also sometimes includes coyotes, bobcats, scorpions and rattler snakes. Please walk the grounds with caution.
The property is 3 acres and the terrain is quite rocky. Your booking a stay here indicates that you have read all of the above and will keep a careful eye on everything to make sure you are safe. The property is surrounded by a wall on all sides except on the border with the ranch next door, so it is very secure.

In the desert landscape, Hacianda 6 Palms is an oasis. Truly enjoyed my stay at the property. I felt welcomed to explore the spaces and gardens. While most of my time during this trip was offsite it was the perfect place to come back to and rest after a long day, Todd has thought of everything and the space has everything you could need readily available. I would recommend to anyone who loves the idea of a semi-bougie camping experience for a great value.
