We recommend a bigger rented car especially if you are more than 3 persons with luggages.
The house has one single neighbor. Between properties does exist a 2 m fence. 98% no visual contact or noise.

HOUSE RULES
1.CHECK – IN
1.a. Accommodation is free from 3 pm on the day of arrival.
1.b Our Guests will be welcomed by the owner of the villa , at the villa.
1.c The Host will give you an explicative and detailed tour of the villa.
2.GENERAL ASPECTS AND OBLIGATIONS
2.a Keep the accommodation ( inside and outside house ) clean and tidy.
2.b Don't throw toilet paper , feminine hygiene products or trash in the toilets. A bin has been provided for this purpose.
2.c Put used towels in the bathroom basket.
2.d Turn off electrical appliances , close the pipes, the windows and door when leaving the house.
2.e Don't leave the air-conditioning on , while you are out and don't use it with windows and doors opened.
2.f If you intend to be absent for two days or more, inform the Host in advance.
2.g Do not enter the house wet after having used swimming pool or outside shower
