The residence is close to restaurants (2 minutes from the first restaurants, 5 minutes from the village and its shops). You can also visit tourist sites such as Habitation Clément (less than 10 minutes away). Discovering the islets of Le François, their white seabed and their history, thanks to the fishermen who are licensed tourist guides, is a must. We provide our visitors with a wide range of tourist attractions and discount vouchers (...) the day after their arrival. Hiking, gastronomy, culture, lounging, we adapt to your wishes and offer you the best alternatives.

Only tenants registered in the rental contract are allowed to sleep on site. Visits are possible but parties (weddings, birthdays, ....) are forbidden. Animals are strictly forbidden. The communal swimming pool is not accessible outside opening hours. Private villas have exclusive access to their own pools and jacuzzis. The park and playground are accessible to all villas. There is a minimum of one parking space per villa within the residence.
