Located in Hollands prettiest village Winsum (source ANWB aug 2020), just a few kilometers above the city of Groningen, we have 1 double room with 1 king size bed available for day- or weekend rent with private bathroom, coffee corner, minibar, smartTV, sunshower infrared shower, private entrance and free parking on own premises. Close to Waddenzee, trainstation in walking distance, along famous hiking route "Pieterpad" with possibility to sit outside in summer, enjoy countryside living and -views, watch horses in our own stable and enjoy a quite and cool night in a classic home with brandnew interior!

Paul is a great host! Warm welcome, clear explanation about the room. Everything is neat and clean, beautiful bathroom (including shower with infrared heating), good bed. Extensive breakfast, with a list of preferences beforehand (sustainability and no unnecessary food waste). I can recommend the host and room!

We had a fantastic stay. Paul is a wonderful host. Everything was taken care of perfectly. It truly had that upscale hotel feeling! Communication ran very smoothly. Great tips for both food and the route, and breakfast was delicious. The ultimate outdoor feeling. In short... highly recommended!
