I have a very comfortable, clean and private room available with clean linen and towels provided, in a rural part of Redditch. The private room comes with complimentary tea, coffee, milk, mugs, spring water and a kettle.
Our house is less than 10 minutes by car to Redditch town centre or by bus with train connections to Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Alcester and Evesham. Motorway access is very close also. We have a number of pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops available within a 2 - 10 minute walk.
You will have full access to kitchen and shared spaces.
You will be greeted on arrival by myself and made to feel at home.

Mon-Thur 17:30-22:00 Fri-Sun 15:00-22:00
I am a very social person but also respect your total privacy, feel free to come and go as you please. You will be given a key on entry which I request you take care of and leave on your departure.

Stuart was a truly excellent host. The accommodation was spotless and a lovely house and garden. The room was very comfortable. Location was quiet and I slept very well. Stuart accommodated me at very short notice, was incredibly flexible and very helpful. He is also great company and I thoroughly enjoyed chatting with him. Thank you!

Staying with Stuart was great. Very comfortable bed and a really friendly and attentive host. My visit was last minute and Stuart was really responsive and went out of his way to help me out

Stu was friendly, welcoming and attentive. Location good for the motorway and the NEC. Parking tight but no difficulty finding a space. Would happily stay again.

Stuart was great. This was my second visit and it was great. Lovely host, well looked after, easy parking and lovely home. I tried a different pub for dinner, which was good. I would love to stay again, thanks.

Very enjoyable stay for a couple of nights whilst we visited the surrounding area. Stuart is a friendly host and communication from the time we booked up to and including our stay was great. The on street parking is tight but we managed to find somewhere on both evenings

A really lovely stay in a good location near the National Exhibition Centre. Stuart was a great host, he has a lovely home sporting a lot of nice, historic, features. There was good food within walking distance, which I enjoyed. Parking on the street was tight but I was able to park each evening with no problem. I look forward to staying again.
