Brian was a polite welcoming host, though over the 3 days we hardly met as we were both busy. Lisburn is about 20 mins by car to Belfast but a good location to visit things like the game of thrones studio and Hillsborough.

The room is well stocked with drinks and has a water cooler which was very neat! It was kept clean, well the whole house is immaculate so it was comfortable. Although the stay was only one night, Brian was a great host. He made sure I arrived safely, and during my stay, we got to know a little about each other, had a good time out, and gave me suggestions on how to get to my next destination as best as possible. Even with an early morning mishap that was entirely my fault, he attended it with urgency even though it was inconvenient, so I am thankful for that. The walk from the station felt longer as Lisburn is a quiet town, but it's still close to the city. Just be aware that late nights may need taxi / Uber but otherwise, his place is covered by both train and bus services. Thanks Brian, 5 star host!

Brian is a lovely host and the house is really cozy. There are local shops around so if you need anything it's within walking distance. Trains aren't running but you can take a bus substitute from the train station into Belfast. Fully stocked fridge in the guest room and very comfortable bed. Well worth it. Thanks again Brian it was awesome.

A comfortable and welcoming stay. Brian is very accommodating and welcoming, which was great as I was travelling solo. The room is stocked up with water / drinks which is a nice touch. It was as comfortable as staying with friends. However, closed railway stations in Belfast meant that it took about 35 mins on the bus between the city.
