Quiet times from 10pm to 8am. smaller low-key birthday parties, anniversaries and holiday celebrations are ok but no drunkenness. Cooking in a great kitchen (please cleanup within a couple of hours after meals). Laundry, please provide attention to dryer and washer (attending to clothes in the washer and dryer when done) Smoking 20 feet from building and prevent odor from going inside the house. Pets can visit but cannot stay. Easy going happy environment with NO hostile or confrontational behavior. Shuttle to and from BART with prior notice provided most times of the day.
