Stays longer than eight ******** days need to schedule a room refresh by the beginning of the second day. Close accordion gate upon entering and exiting the yard. Keep the door to the suite shut while inside and locked when away. Please keep the noise down. It is unlawful to allow or make any noise or sound that exceeds the limits set forth in the City's noise ordinance (City code Sec. 74-131). Before your 12 pm checkout, place towels in the tub. Set the alarm and lock the door upon exit. Any violations may result in immediate termination of the agreement and eviction from the short-term rental unit by the owner or STR agent, as well as the potential liability for payments of fines levied by the City of Atlanta.
