If you are looking for a cozy stay in Larnaca, this apartment is a fantastic choice that combines genuine warmth with a strategic location. The location is incredibly convenient: in about ten minutes, you can reach both the city center and the seaside, while the beach is just a few minutes away, making every trip quick and easy. ​The hospitality of the hosts is the true heart of the experience; they are incredibly bright and positive people who make you feel at home instantly, always ready to share valuable local tips. A special and irresistible touch is provided by the presence of three lovely cats that make the atmosphere even sweeter and more familiar. No doubt, if we'll come back in Larnaca, Zacharis house will be our choice again.

The hosts were friendly and good location if you have a rental car! The apartment was a good size. There was a bit of a mess on the balcony and the bedsheets had stains. Also no furniture to use in the bedroom for baggage aside from the bed

Lovely couple of local man that make you feel at home. They have a spacious private room and a separate toilet for their guests. I've only stayed for one night but we had a nice dinner together while talking about local life and watching Eurovision. Cozy and very gay evening together :)

Thanks to Zakaris, Harry, and their three cat children for hosting us at their place, where we had a great time with these two Larnaca ambassadors! They gave us many great recommendations, we shared drinks and had long talks together, and they even cooked us a great traditional meal! The apartment is perfectly located in an easily reachable area with convenient parking, and it had everything we needed! Thanks again!

Zaharis and his partner Zakarias have been amazing hosts! Not only they made me feel welcome from the first moment, they were extremely respectful and they spent many moments with me making me feel like one of their friends. The apartment was big enough, the room was perfect, clean and well decorated. Basically I felt at home and I can't recommend this experience enough 😊

My time with Zaharis was great. It was a short stay, but I was welcomed by the boys and given good tips on how to navigate the city and what attractions were the best. Their space is beautiful and clean, and they have some lovely cats to keep you company. Looking forward to seeing them again my next time in Cyprus!

Very helpful hosts and thoughtful Accurate description. Highly suitable for visitor with vehicle and reasonably close to the center. Also convenient for the intra-city bus to Nicosia. Also, a huge new shopping mall nearby. Clean and tidy apartment. With A/C and fan. Reminder: Cyprus has UK electric outlets! Highly recommended.

Cozy and clean, Zaharia's apartment is the perfect place to base out of for a local vacation or a jumping-off point to the rest of Cyprus. The hosts were very communicative and friendly, as well as their three cats! Highly recommend this for future travelers!
