hi there! I have a room available almost all year. It is a nice, quiet and safe place. the area is perfect to move to prety much anywhere in the city. The room is pretty much a hotel room you will also have a desk available if requested.
You can make use of common areas such as: kitchen, living room, dining room, TV room and laundry. The room has a private bathroom as well.

The location is close to one of the best areas of the city. The building is modern. The room was very well equipped and clean. The host was a very nice person too. Thank you for hosting me.

If you are looking for a cozy, safe, clean, beautiful and well located place in Monterrey, Mexico this is the best option, I totally recommend Eduardo's place to stay, Eduardo is also a great host, he is always there to help you and the communication before and after check-in was very good.
