Our home is nestled high on a hilltop in the established and desirable neighborhood of Vistas Atenas overlooking the quaint town of Atenas. We have unobstructed stunning views from Atenas to the capital city of San Jose, and boast temperatures slightly more moderate than the valley. The daytime views are only surpassed by the dazzling lights at night. We are a sort 3km drive to downtown Atenas. 2 acres of manicured gardens surround our large modern home. Safe and secure parking in our gated and fenced compound. Atenas is well situated making access to all attractions popular with tourists. Juan Santamaria airport 23 km,Pacific coast beaches 40 km, Arenal Volcano 111 km, San Jose 35 km.

I am so happy To welcome guests back after 2 year absence during the pandemic. Come and experience the central valley in a clean well maintained boutique/hotel like accommodations. Very clean and fresh. Air conditioning not required but large ceiling fans installed. This is a high end quality furnished apartment with french and bifold doors onto 2 private patios. Perfect for special anniversary occasions. Waterfalls, hot springs, zip lines, rain forest, river rafting all within a 2 hr drive. The pacific cost beaches are 40 minutes away
