Luxury Waterfront Retreat On The St Lawrence River

1. NO SMOKING. Any cigarette butts are to be disposed of off the property. **Evidence of smoking inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests** 2. NO SHOES indoors 3. NO PARTIES. Noise by-law is strictly enforced. **There is a $500.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.** 4. PETS are allowed but must be registered at the time of booking. 5. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS are permitted to stay overnight. 6. QUIET TIME starts at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekends. However, noise must always be kept at a respectful level. Noise by-law will be strictly enforced. 7. GARBAGE throughout the cottage is to be consolidated into large bags and left in the bins by the driveway. 8. CHECK-OUT times are mandatory unless an exception confirmed at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. **$75/hour penalty is applicable for unauthorized late check-outs.** 9. FURNITURE & DECOR is to remain in its original place at the time of check-out. 10. RESPECT FOR NEIGHBOURS must be upheld at all times. 11. CHILDREN shall not be left unattended. 12. LOCK DOORS & WINDOWS before leaving the property. Guest access Enjoy the whole property and grounds. The basement will be closed as we use it for storage.
