A. Apartment is to be used STRICTLY FOR LODGING, not reunions, parties, birthday parties, loud music, events, photo shoots, music videos, videos, advertisement, etc. A discrete number of visitors is allowed, whom will be required to take a picture ID that will be retained at the lobby in exchange for a visitor’s card that will be returned when the visitor vacates the premises. Note that there cannot be in the apartment more people than the maximum number of guests admitted (lodged guests + visitors). Breach of rules will incur in a penalties of up to USD300.
B. All guest must provide an ID picture (passport, ID, residence card, driver’s license) prior to arrival via email, ********, or ******** message.
C. Please turn off the air-conditioning when you are not at home as well as lights. Electricity is expensive in Ecuador. In case an excessive electricity bill is received, guests will be charged the difference in comparison to the average consumption of the property.
F. Smoking cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, marihuana, or drug consumption inside the apartments IS NOT ALLOWED. In case this is breached and apartment is smelly of these substances, we will be forced to hire professional cleaning services + disinfection of air conditioning machines, and a fee of USD300 will be charged.
G. Only number of guests that is registered in the reservation is allowed to sleep over in the apartment. If you are adding guests to your reservation, please make sure to update the number of people on it.
H. We want all guests to have a great time in our property; however, guests are responsible for all items in the apartment. Sheets, rugs, kitchen towels, and towels are NOT TO BE USED for cleaning shoes, make up, or wipe anything that can stain them. Chlorine / bleach is not to be used in the apartment, especially on the kitchen counter top that has exotic woods from the Amazon.
I. We provide amenities like toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc for short-term stays only. For long term stays, we provide them for the first few days, and since discounts are given, guests are responsible for purchasing their own items for use.
J. We strive to provide impeccable cleaning services to all guests. If the apartment is left a mess or extremely dirty, we will charge extra cleaning fees, considering we will have to hire an extra cleaners to have the apartment ready for the next guests; or cleaner will have to spend a lot more time preparing the apartment for the next guests.

L. PARKING: We offer free parking for guests that are lodged in the apartment only, 1 space per apartment. Parking must be reserved by guests through a message at least 24 hours in advance to ******** availability, providing name of the driver and vehicle license plate. If you need more parking spots, we can get them for you for a supplement nightly price. We do not offer parking for visitors that lodged guests might have, however, there is free street parking and paid parking as well. Please note that parking building is not located in the same apartment building, but it is 1 minute walking from the entrance of the apartment building to the parking. Building entrance. Please note that the parking building can only admit vehicles that are under 2 meters high (78 inches).
