Verdemar 2 is a nice building with green areas and common relaxation.
Playa Honda offers the advantage of a very good location, just before La Manga and Cabo de Palos, it is close to camping and caravaning, Mar de Cristal, Playa Paraiso, Los Belones, La Manga Club and Calblanque - a spectacular natural beach. Cartagena is 20 minutes away. 35 minutes from Corvera airport and 1 hour 25 minutes from Alicante airport. Super local market and bars and restaurants. The wide range of nearby beaches are ideal for vacations and all types of water sports.
Verdemar 2 is the urbanization with the best location in Playa Honda. Gated residential complex only 20 m from the beach, with a promenade just in front that connects to other areas. It is well maintained, nice and clean. Green areas and a swimming pool in front of the sea. It is a quiet place - it is not a tall building and not overcrowded with many apartments. The facade of the building and the common areas have a cheerful and pleasant look.
