• please note that due to unfortunate issues with one previous guest, I don’t issue personal keys anymore
• use of the kitchen is NOT included in the booking
• just for the avoidance of doubt, I DON’T provide any meals, or offer any kitchen or cooking facilities, but there are lots of lovely little cafés and restaurants very nearby, which are well worth a visit and I will be very happy to point you in the right direction
• taking account of the notes above, I warmly welcome one and all
• complaints – VERY rare, thankfully, but if you have any concerns at all while you are here, then they should please be addressed to me as the host in the first instance, and then we can escalate this up to misterbandb, if not resolved to everyone’s satisfaction, thank you
