Guest suite in Kingman Park neighborhood. Entrances in front and back of the house and off-street parking available. Please note that this is a basement apartment in a DC rowhouse. As with any basement unit, it's possible that you will hear some noise from the upstairs. We keep regular hours and so won't be making noise late into the night.
The apartment has a queen-sized bed with direct access to the rear parking area and a spacious closet. There’s a spacious full bathroom with glass shower, and an open plan living/kitchen area that has its own entrance to the street.
