The property over looks the communal Green, We are Close to Kidbrooke (1.1Mi), and Eltham (0.5MI)and Falconwood (1.2Mi) train stations, very easy links into London and the O2 with a direct Bus, easy links to Canary wharf and Excel Centre. Free on street parking available. Greenwich just 15 minutes away by car or bus. Room has TV with Sky TV ,Netflix including all channels and Wi-Fi , tea/Coffee making facilities provided in the Room including a small table top fridge and microwave. Clean towels and bedding provided, Bathroom Facility shared, has bath and over bath shower not electric.

Eltham High Street is a 10/15minute walk away and has a good selection of shops and restaurants, and a Vue Cinema with a roof top bar.

There are many local takeaways that deliver or a short walk away, including a Mini Tesco's.

We are within a 15 minute drive to the O2 and Greenwich Village which have a good selectin of bars and restaurants including the famous Cutty Sark pub and ship.

You can also use the Clipper Boats along the River Thames to access the sites on the way in to London, this Boat can be boarded at the O2 and Greenwich opposite the Cutty Sark these boats also have a Bar on board so you can have a wine/Beer on route, the Clipper stops at many points including the London eye on its way into Central London.

Greenwich Park is worth a visit with the Museums and Observatory. There is local leisure centre that has good facilities for those looking for a work out or Swim or Sauna.

We are a non smoking house hold, but welcome guests to smoke outside the property if needed. Whilst we do not allow pets, we do have a elderly cat and one small dog however our dog/cat and are both well behaved. Sorry no visitors. Guys are made to feel at home

I had a friendly welcome from Jayson & Jay and they were helpful with local information during my stay. New Eltham is an unusual neighbourhood in SE London and the house is typical and quirky. I had no difficulty parking my car nearby and the house is 15 minutes walk from Eltham station with frequent trains to central London. My bed was very comfortable and I slept better than in my own bed. There was a large TV, a microwave oven and a fridge containing milk and other drinks. I was unsure about sharing my hosts' bathroom but it was next to my room and no problem. I hope to have a reason to return soon.

These guys are fabulous hosts. Incredibly welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed our chats over a glass of wine. Their home is beautiful, immaculately clean and as described. The room is comfortable, and the addition of a fridge, microwaves and TV is fabulous. Highly recommended
