Deluxe 3 Bedroom Villa with Private Outdoor Pool

Mykonos Village is set in a privileged elevated location, offering panoramic views and a peaceful setting away from the island’s busy areas.

The accommodation combines modern design with comfortable, thoughtfully designed spaces and features a private swimming pool at no additional charge. Optional pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee. Air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi and free private parking are also provided.

THE PLACE

This 230 m2 villa combines traditional Cycladic architecture with contemporary design and is arranged over two levels.

The lower floor features the villa’s entrance, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms feature queen-size beds and direct access to the balcony, while the third has a double sofa bed.

The upper floor features a living room with a large sofa and views of the pool, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, refrigerator and electrical appliances, a dining area, one bathroom and a separate WC. This level also provides access to the upper balcony, where you will find a 17 m2 swimming pool with hydromassage, a small built-in waterfall and outdoor lounge poufs.

The living room and all bedrooms feature air conditioning and a TV.

TRANSPORTATION

Having a means of transportation is essential for getting around the island. If you do not have your own vehicle, renting a car or using private transfers are the most convenient options.

We can arrange car rental for you, as well as private transfers to and from Mykonos Airport or Port.

Free private parking is available and no reservation is required.

POOL HEATING

Use of the pool is included at no additional charge. Optional pool heating is available during June, July and August for €50 per day. To arrange pool heating, please let us know at least 3 days before your arrival. Pool heating availability and water temperature are subject to weather conditions

HOUSEKEEPING

Complimentary housekeeping and fresh linen are provided every third day. Additional housekeeping is available upon request for €30 per day.
