No Smoking/vaping/or drug activities inside the unit (balcony only), any evidence of such will be subject to a $500 fee. Early checkin/checkout maybe available but requires written permission from Host and would not be determined till day of. Unauthorized late checkouts fined $100 per hour & extra $100 Cleaning fee will be charged for inconveniencing cleaning crews schedule and new bookings.
