Beautiful brand new house directly on the Mediterranean sea

It's a new listing so I'm not able to add much yet, but there is much to see here. North Cyprus is a hidden gem that very few tourists know about because of the post war situation, so I've always felt it's an ideal LGBTQ+ destination since it really feels like an escape from the rest of the world. Historically it's amazing, the Famagusta castle is the most beautiful I've personally seen anywhere in the world, and you will have it all to yourself since there are almost no tourists. Shakespeare's Othello takes place there as well. You can see Varosha ghost city as well which is less than a 5 minute walk from the house. The historically famous Varosha beach is a 2 minute walk. Famagusta Castle is 7 minutes away. I'd also be willing to give a safari tour in my Jeep if I'm also on the island during your stay. Please message me for more details and questions though.
