Ideal place to stay while you are in Waterford or you are visiting the area. Mark is a very charming Host! Before my arrival he was giving me all information i needed for my stay and arrival and when I reached him He couldn't wait to offer you a cup of good Irish Tea! The room was nice, clean, spacious and the bed was super confortable! The house is big and when you stay at Mark's place you feel like home! I totally recommend!

Only met Mark briefly to pick up keys as he was heading away for the weekend. He seemed nice. House is nice and very centrally located (parking might be a little awkward if you're driving there). Was sharing the house with straight guests so might be something to bear in mind if looking for an exclusively gay house share situation.

I had a great two night stay in this Waterford centre townhouse. Mark is the super host, rapid and clear communications, and very friendly. The room is very comfortable, with access to a lovely kitchen. The house is just a short walk to everything in the centre of Waterford. Highly recommend staying in Mark's place.

Marks communication was excellent. Some straight guys staying so wasn't as relaxed as I'd hoped. But still a nice room.
