The accommodation is as described, comfortable, clean in a quiet place and is very close to the historic center. Fernando is a very friendly host and always very helpful. One day I had a problem with the door and he promptly resolved it even though he wasn't home, and of course the star of the house is Fernando's cat, one of the friendliest cats I've ever met.
