I offer a private bedroom with a double bed, a desk and lots of closet space. The room is well lit and it has blackout curtains also. Note you will only be renting the room, which means that the living room, dining room, bathroom and kitchen will have to be shared with me, as I live there too. There is a private toilet to use for the room that you will be renting. The apartment is located in the last floor of the building. A block away from it you can find the metro station Josephine-Charlotte, which is in the main metro line of Brussels (line 1). This is a residential neighborhood with barely any noise or disturbance, but you can easily access the central area of the city by metro, or other areas by bus and tram as well (there are stations less than 5 minute walks away from the apartment). Coffee machine, kettle, laundry and drying machines are available for use. Whomever is staying will always have to be careful of closing doors and windows so the cat doesn’t escape through them.
Also, this is my home, not a hotel room, so I do expect people to be respectful. Guests are not allowed during your stay.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house, there is a small balcony outside of the kitchen if smoking is necessary. Pets are not allowed, as there is a cat in the house. Visitors (besides the guests staying) are not allowed in the house, since this is also my home. Discretion in the building is mandatory. It is a family building in a residential neighborhood, with very little noise and disturbance. Houses and windows must be completely shut at all times so that the cat doesn’t go out and fall. Never use the laundry machine and drying machine at the same time, as it will overcharge the electricity output.
