Super comfy beds with private patio that has a brand new Hot Tub! New bathroom, refinished hardwood floors, stocked kitchen and nice mid-century modern furniture. Enjoy the city vibes whirl staying just steps away from the beautiful, wooded Overbrook Ravine. Great area for runs/walks.

We are just 10 minutes away from Downtown, Short north, German Village, OSU, and Riverside Hospital. Off street parking is available at this home and can fit 2-3 cars and maybe one more depending on size. Uber is easy around Columbus Ohio as well. Most of the gay scene is within 10 minutes of our place in Short North area.

Hang outs are fine with guests and family. But NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER! We do have a camera onsite that monitors driveway and parking only for safety reasons.
- Please NO smoking
- Check-in is anytime after 3PM (smart lock system)
- Check out by 10AM
- Self check-in and check-out with smart locks
- Security system on premise if you want to set at night or while away
- Please remove your shoes to keep floors and rugs clean
- Notify about any stains or breaks while your stay (We understand accidents happen but need to get it addressed for new guests)
- Shower before using Hot Tub and keep cover on when not using
This home is located on a busy street and only allows off street parking. The driveway is large enough to turn around and offers a parking pad. It does have plenty of parking to accommodate 2-4 cars (depending on size) if needed.
