Hang outs are fine with guests and family. But NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER! We do have a camera onsite that monitors driveway and parking only for safety reasons. - Please NO smoking - Check-in is anytime after 3PM (smart lock system) - Check out by 10AM - Self check-in and check-out with smart locks - Security system on premise if you want to set at night or while away - Please remove your shoes to keep floors and rugs clean - Notify about any stains or breaks while your stay (We understand accidents happen but need to get it addressed for new guests) - Shower before using Hot Tub and keep cover on when not using This home is located on a busy street and only allows off street parking. The driveway is large enough to turn around and offers a parking pad. It does have plenty of parking to accommodate 2-4 cars (depending on size) if needed.
