The 66m2 vacation apartment in the spa district of Bad Sachsa is located above the Schmelzteich directly behind the hotel "Romantischer Winkel". It is only a few steps to the Schmelzteich and the forest! Ideal for people who love nature and walking. In 10 minutes you can walk to the main shopping street (Marktstraße) and find all stores for daily needs - be it supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, restaurants or cafes. But also beyond that Bad Sachsa has a lot to explore: The Salztalparadies (swimming fun), the Harzfalkenhof, the Walkenried Monastery or the Grenzland Museum are just a few of countless destinations. You can park directly and free of charge in the parking lot in front of the apartment.
At home in our Smart vacation apartment you can make it really comfortable. The 2-room apartment has a bathroom with walk-in 120cm x 80 cm shower and toilet, as well as a separate guest toilet. Especially with a quad occupancy or when traveling with children, a second toilet is always useful. In the high-quality fitted kitchen you will find everything from a Nespresso coffee machine to a waffle iron, yogurt maker, a smart food processor (with steam cooking function) toaster and oven, which makes the culinary and creative heart beat faster. All cooking utensils are available in sufficient number, so that you can also invite the vacation acquaintances and new friends for dinner.
The living room with a view of the garden and trees invites you to relax and linger with its three-person sofa (140 x 200 cm), an armchair, Smart TV as well as a tree-edge table (with dining area for four people). Board games indirect depending on the mood adjustable lighting, blankets and candles make the atmosphere cozy, warm and homey. If you sleep four in the apartment, the curtains of the living room darken everything and let you sleep restfully on the permanent sofa bed. Look forward to pure Harz relaxation! Adjacent to the living room is the bright balcony with real wood furniture and views of the mountains. A teak wooden lounger invites you to linger, read or meditate.

Next door there is outdoor fitness equipment that you can use free of charge to pursue their sports program even on vacation.
The climbing hall "Clip 'n Climb" is 5 minutes away by car and offers climbing fun for young and old and for every level on 314 m2. Afterwards you can strengthen yourself in the associated café or restaurant.
The nearby salt paradise offers a normal swimming pool with 25m lanes and diving towers as well as a fun pool with various slides and other water attractions. You can warm up in the sauna and under the heat lamps. Next to the swimming hall is an ice rink, where you can skate and drink mulled wine in winter.
For cyclists:
The surrounding forests, villages, mountains and lakes offer a beautiful landscape to go on a bike tour. You can comfortably explore the surroundings by eBike or with a normal bike - with this, however, it will be a bit more challenging than with an eBike. For cycling professionals, the well-maintained country roads offer an excellent opportunity to ride a road bike and for mountain bikers there are numerous trails where you can pursue your sports program.
